Description
The Train-the-Trainer programme equips existing or prospective facilitators with the competencies to prepare for and facilitate learning in specific contexts. Participants in the programme review current education and training practices in their organisations, as well as the requirements of these practices and how to improve them.
Duration:
This course consists of self-directed online learning (video lectures followed by completion of various tasks and activities), coupled with facilitator/tutor support over Telegram group chat, Telegram individual chat and six scheduled Zoom group support sessions, one per week.
