Description
This course develops the skills of senior managers and those working toward a National Certificate in Generic Management NQF 5 and will enable managers to:
- Lead and manage a team of first line managers
- Enhance individual, team and organisational effectiveness
- Build relationships with supervisors and stakeholders across the value chain
- Manage conflict with the team
- Manage diversity to increase productivity
- Enhance the development of teams and team members
Duration:
This course consists of self-directed online learning (video lectures followed by completion of various tasks and activities), coupled with facilitator/tutor support over Telegram group chat, Telegram individual chat and six scheduled Zoom group support sessions over a three week period.
