Skills Development Management



The skills shortage in South Africa has placed huge pressure on managers to ensure teams are equipped to meet goals and objectives.  This Executive development course is a programme of choice for JSE listed companies and SMME’s to enable managers to:

  • Properly manage the skills and individual careers of their team
  • Develop and implement strategies for a team, department or division
  • Manage the achievement of goals or objectives for a team, department or division
  • Manage Skills Development interventions for an organisation
  • Manage Skills Development to support organisational transformation
  • Enhance the development of teams and team members

This course consists of self-directed online learning (video lectures followed by completion of various tasks and activities), coupled with facilitator/tutor support over Telegram group chat, Telegram individual chat and six scheduled Zoom group support sessions over a three week period.
