Articulates into the further Education and Tra ining Certificate: Occupationally-Directed Education Training and Development Practices, SAQA ID 50332.

This course will equip learning and RPL advisors to:

• Prepare for and support individual and group outcomes-based learning sessions
• Provide learners with guidance and support around their learning
• Develop evidence for assessment
• Continuously improve their practice through reviewing support systems and practices in their organisation

Participants in the programme review current learner support practices in their organisations, as well as the requirements of these practices and how to improve them.

Duration:
This course consists of self-directed online learning (video lectures followed by completion of various tasks and activities), coupled with facilitator/tutor support over Telegram group chat, Telegram individual chat and six scheduled Zoom group support sessions over a three week period.  The regular scheduled support sessions are available on our website for reference.
