Train – the – Trainer Practices Skills Programme

The Train-the-Trainer programme equips existing or prospective facilitators with the competencies to prepare for and facilitate learning in specific contexts. Participants in the programme review current education and training practices in their organisations, as well as the requirements of these pra
and how to improve them.


Consists of a three-day facilitated training course follow by workplace assignments to ensure participants are abl to apply the skills and knowledge they have acquired practically, as well as a one day learner support and portfolio building workshop.
Recognition of Prior Learning is considered as a component of this learning programme.
