All managers are faced with the dilemma of managing performance. Acquiring the skills to do this effectively is a prerequisite for any good manager. This Executive Development course is a programme of choice for JSE listed companies and SME’s to develop the skills of senior managers and those working towards a National Certificate in Generic Management (Level 5) and will enable learners to:
- Applying continuous and innovative improvement interventions
- Conducting needs analyses and ensure motivation
- Manage the recruitment and dismissal process
- Enhance the development of teams and team members
Duration:
This course consists of self-directed online learning (video lectures followed by completion of various tasks and activities), coupled with facilitator/tutor support over Telegram group chat, Telegram individual chat and six scheduled Zoom group support sessions over a three week period.
